Corevault Facilities ran a large estate of warehouses, each recording energy in its own format and on its own schedule. Leadership could not compare sites, plan investment, or show reliable environmental performance to customers, and needed one standard that made every facility legible without adding heavy new reporting work for site teams.
The Challenge
Because sites tracked energy differently, headline numbers rarely agreed and no one trusted comparisons between facilities. Planning capital across the estate meant reconciling data by hand every time.

We built a single planning template covering energy, carbon, and improvement projects, then rolled it out site by site with light-touch data routines. Each facility kept ownership of its numbers, while leadership finally gained a consistent, estate-wide view for planning and reporting.
